1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Digital Courses & Downloads: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been more than 20% completed or downloaded.
• Live Classes & Workshops: Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the first session.
• Physical Products (if applicable): Must be returned in unused condition within 10 days of delivery, with the original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Courses purchased during discounted promotions or sales
• Fully accessed or completed digital content
• Certificates or examination fees
• Customized learning packages or one-on-one mentorship sessions
